    We have two main warehouses, one inside the US and one located in China. Your order will be shipped either from the US or China, depending on product availability and customer location.   • My order is not complete

  • I want to return an item

    We can only accept free returns in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

    Our products are checked by our quality control department before each shipment. However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible). You can email us at contact@alien-shopping.com, along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
