    We can only accept free returns in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

    Our products are checked by our quality control department before each shipment. However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible). You can email us at contact@alien-shopping.com, along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
